RAINY DAY SILVER LININGS

We all know the phrase "April showers brings May flowers." Indeed, the current forecast includes what feels like an eternity of rain, wind, and gray skies, keeping me huddled under a blanket in my apartment. Fortunately, my home is stocked with rainy day activities to keep me occupied while indoors. I usually stick to solo activities like Brutal London, in which the reader can recreate miniatures of several of London's most renowned Brutalist buildings, how fun!  

Next, I’ll bring out the tried-and-true puzzle. It’s the perfect activity to do on your own or with friends. The All Are Welcome Here! puzzle features a colorfully illustrated collage showcasing human diversity and acts of kindness. This 1,000-piece puzzle should keep me busy well into May. For now, I'll grab a warm cup of tea and a nice cozy blanket while I patiently wait for the flowers and sunshine after the rain.
