Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Free ground shipping for all domestic orders over $100. Domestic orders are defined as orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

We offer flat rate ground shipping for all other domestic orders under $100. Please note orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not considered "domestic" and are "air-only" and may be subject to restrictions. Order to the U.S. Virgin Islands are treated as international shipments by FedEx and may also be subject to additional time and restrictions for shipping. Orders to other U.S. territories and minor outlying islands are also not considered "domestic" and can only be shipped through our International Checkout portal.

SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY

Order value under $150: No signature required
Order value $150–$299: Indirect signature required
Order value over $300: Direct signature required

PROCESSING

Orders placed online will be processed and shipped at least twice a week, more frequently during the holiday season. There may be a delay between the time you receive your order tracking number and when packages are received by FedEx. 

 

FEDEX

 

All orders ship via FedEx Home Delivery for residential addresses and FedEx Ground for non-residential addresses. FedEx operates Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. FedEx Home Delivery shipments may arrive on a Saturday; FedEx Ground shipments are only delivered on weekdays.
